The Situation
During the holiday season at my previous company, we faced a surge in demand for Christmas trees and decorations. The volume was overwhelming, and the success of our sales depended on the team working seamlessly together to manage customer inquiries, restock inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.


My Contribution
I identified a recurring issue where popular tree sizes and decorations were quickly going out of stock. To address this, I worked with the inventory team to track high-demand items in real time and prioritize restocking. I also suggested bundling items
I took on additional shifts to help manage the influx of customers online. I focused on understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations, which increased upselling opportunities
